Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Use of 1FH.Org Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to 1FH.Org’s AUP as well as 1FH.Org’s TOS. 1FH.Org reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our TOS and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner without the additional notice.
In accordance with our TOS, we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP. 1FH.Org reserves the right to refuse to provide the offered services to any person at any time without specification of reasons.
Examples of non-acceptable content:
» Material which attempts to collect personal information about users
» Adult content, Pornography, child pornography and obscene material
» Blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity
» Illegal software, warez or hacked software, serial numbers
» Mail fraud, or pyramid schemes
» Unsolicited e-mail, news bombing (SPAM)
» File sharing tools (eDonkey, Torrents, etc)
» Copyright infringement or trademark infringement
» Generation of high bandwidth network traffic. Server to server file transfer
1FH.Org keeps the right to charge violators with a $300.00 fee.
To stop the fast growing of worms and trojans it's sometimes possible that we close some ports to and from special servers.
Terms of Service (TOS)

1FH.Org has a strict no refund policy.
All payment to 1FH.Org are non-refundable.
This includes any fees, setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage.
The Customer will be provided with a password and corresponding user name for the maintenance of its account. The Customer is responsible for all actions that occur using its user name and password.
We requires 5-days notice of cancellation on all products and services. Please use our support ticketing system to notify of cancellation. Service will not be cancelled until you receive confirmation from us.
All fees for the service duration are to be paid in advance. Service will be interrupted or terminate on accounts that reach 3 days past due.
1FH.Org shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made from customer.
The Provider's services are used at own risk. Customer is solely responsible for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with 1FH.Org's products and services.
The Customer exempts 1FH.Org from all claims by third parties in respect of provided data. The Customer will provide back-up copies of any data. 1FH.Org cannot be held liable for the loss of any data.
In connection with any Hosting Services, if Customer's actual bandwidth usage in any month exceeds the amount specified in Customer's contract, Customer will pay 1FH.Org any additional fees as specified in the Service Description within three (3) days of invoicing. Failure to pay a bandwidth overage bill by the due date may result in suspension or termination of Services.
1FH.Org has the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice or warning for any reason at any time.
By becoming a Customer, you agree to all the above terms.
